Registration/Textbook Fee
The Registration Fee is a single non-refundable payment made at the time of Registration. It pays for consumable text materials, textbook rental fees, library materials, student insurance and supplies.  A portion of field trip expenses will be subsidized from Registration Fees.

2008 - 2009 Registration Fee:  $275.00

Tuition
The first month’s tuition and the Registration Fee are payable in full at the time of registration. The remaining tuition is divided into nine (9) equal payments due on the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month (September - May) during the school year.  Payments made after the last day of the month are subject to late fees.  An eleven (11) month payment plan (September-July) is available in special situations by arrangement with the Finance Committee.

Tuition payments are to be mailed directly to the treasurer whose address appears at the top of each monthly statement.

Tuition Discount
A 10% discount will be given when the full year’s tuition is paid by September 30.

Late Fee
A  $10.00 late fee per student per month is charged when tuition is paid after the last day of the month.

Refunds
A student who withdraws during the school year will be granted a pro-rated refund on tuition already paid, as determined by the finance committee. No refund will be granted if the student is expelled.

Textbooks
Textbooks are rented by the student from the school.  The textbook rental fee is included as part of the Registration Fee.  A parent agrees to pay the replacement cost of any  textbook assigned to his/her child if it  becomes damaged, misused beyond normal wear and tear or is lost.
